Halkidikivacation.gr website or https://www.halkidikivacation.gr (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) is property of the sole proprietorship bearing the trade name “CASA ALEGRIA”, which is based in Olympiada, Chalkidiki, Greece.

The use of the Website of CASA ALEGRIA (henceforth “the Enterprise”) and the related rights and obligations are governed by the terms and conditions set forth in the present document and in its integral parts and apply to the entire content of the Website and to its individual pages as well.

The Website is provided by CASA ALEGRIA and relates only to legal or natural persons with full legal capacity, who can enter into legally binding agreements under the applicable legislation. The use of the Website, its contents, and its applications are prohibited for minors (or people under 18 years of age).

The contents of the Website are made available to visitors/users for their personal use. Republishing any of the Website’s contents by other parties for their own commercial purposes is strongly prohibited under any circumstances.

Third-party products or services, possibly mentioned in the present Website, bearing the trademarks of the respective organizations, companies, affiliates, associations or publications are intellectual and industrial property of these parties.

The users of the Website must comply with the rules and provisions of the Greek, European and International Law and the relevant legislation governing telecommunications and refrain from any illegal or abusive behavior regarding its use and in connection to it.  The user of the Website shall be liable for any damage caused to the website of CASA ALEGRIA, related to malicious use or misuse of the Website.  In the event that CASA ALEGRIA engages in any litigation or is required to pay any compensation due to a breach of the obligations of the user as specified in these terms, the user shall indemnify CASA ALEGRIA on this ground.
